English Translation

This is the english translation of our holiday home:



The location:

Our holiday home, built in the 16. Century through a carriage family and completly renovated in 1983, is centrally located in the town of Goslar.
The downtown shopping area at the market square in the historical part of Goslar is just 100 meters away.
In the morning after waking up you can look at the river Gose directly from the bedroom, which is flowing right in front of our house.

Bed linens, towels and cleaning:

We furnish high class hotel bed linens and towels.
The house is professionelly cleaned before our guests arrive.

The breakfast:

Either you prepare your own breakfast or you can book a delicious breakfast at the Hotel Schwiecheldthaus, just 200 meters away.

For the parents:

In the evening the parents can relax in our cosy wellness-bathroom with a choice of various relax-bathsalts or spend their time in front our fireplace.
For a small fee we will supply you with firewood for the fireplace and it will be there upon your arrival.

For the children:

For children there are various board games and a playstation with various games.
For toddlers a baby bed, a diaper changing possibility, a baby high chair and a baby playing area are available at no extra cost.

The certificate:

We are classified through the German Tourist Association (DTV) with 4 stars.

Minimum stay - 2 nights

Rates for the holiday home inclusive all ancillary costs:

1 - 2 persons
145 € per night

3 - 4 persons
170 € per night

5 - 6 persons
195 € per night

The costs for cleaning, bed linens and towels are included in our rates as well.

Children:

Children unter the age of 3 years are free.

Additional costs if required:

firewood, lighting accessories and fireplace cleaning - 20 €

breakfast at the Hotel Schwiecheldthaus - 9,50 € per person

Important Information:

Animals are not allowed in our holiday home.

Our holiday home is a non-smoking-house.
Guests who want to smoke anyway are asked to smoke outside on our balcony, on our roof terrace or in the patio.

Booking and payment:

After booking our house you have to pay a deposit, 50% of the complete amount, in the term of one week by bank transfer to our bank account.
The other half must be paid 14 days before your arrival.

Cancellation and costs:

In case of a cancellation the deposit can be retained depending on what time you cancel your booking.
If a booking is cancelled more than 6 months before your booked arrival day a cancellation is free, less than 6 months the costs for a cancellation are 50% of the complete amount.
In case of a no show without a cancellation the complete amount must be paid in the term of 14 days after your booked arrival day.

Arrival and departure:

On the day of your arrival we will meet to give you the keys to our holiday home and to show you arround.
This appointment will be arranged by telephone before you arrive.
Arrival time is from 2 p.m.
Departure time is until 11 a.m.
The day you leave we will meet again to take back the keys.
